Cancellation Policy
By submitting an appointment request, you are stating that you have read and agree to the terms listed below. Please read our policies in their entirety before submitting an appointment request.
• Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% non-refundable fee of the service total. The 50% deposit paid at the time of booking will serve as the non-refundable cancellation fee and will be forfeit in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled service(s).
• Cancellations / no-shows at the time of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 100% non-refundable fee of the service total.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late for the scheduled service without communication will be considered a no-show, and will result in a charge of the 100% non-refundable fee of the service total, as well as cancellation of the scheduled service.
In the event of a late arrival, with communication and if timing allows, we will do our best to accommodate the appointment within the time frame left available. However, a late fee will apply to the service total at checkout. Keep in mind, the appointment time will not be extended if it interferes with the next guest’s appointment.
*IMPORTANT NOTICE: All waivers and forms must be filled out prior to the day of the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a fee at the time of the scheduled appointment, or a cancellation of the scheduled appointment and a subsequent charge of the late cancellation fee. Forms are required to ensure the safety of the client, as certain conditions, medications, and/or lifestyle factors may be explicit contraindications for specific services.*
HOLIDAY SEASON POLICY:
Any changes to the appointment time or services booked must be made one week prior to the original scheduled appointment, when booked within two weeks of all major holidays. Due to the fact that holiday appointment times are extremely limited and any last minute changes majorly impact our booking schedule as well as clients on our waitlist, we will be implementing the 50% cancellation fee for cancelled appointments/services within one week of the original scheduled appointment. Cancellations of any kind that fall within the 48 hour window prior to the original scheduled appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee for the service total.
